From the Editor

Abstract

Dear readers,

Again, in this issue we are bringing twelve scientific papers from the wide field of information and communication sciences – four preliminary communications, three survey papers, and five original scientific papers, authors of which are from Europe, Africa, and Asia.

We are trying to keep and improve the high quality of the review process, resulting in the high quality of the papers on different topics of information and communication sciences, making the Journal interesting for a wide range of scientists from the field.

I hope that you will find the papers published in this issue interesting and inspiring for your own research.
