From the Editor

Abstract

Dear readers,

Again, in this issue we are bringing thirteen scientific papers from the wide field of information and communication sciences – three preliminary communications, eight survey papers, and five original scientific papers, authors of which are from Europe, Africa, and Asia.

The papers are on a wide range of topics in information, organizational, and computer sciences, so I expect the issue to be interesting for a wide range of readers.
